Getting completely absorbed in my ballet routine; feeling the flow and the rhythm to elavated arabseques, forgetting my writing, working my body, relaxing my mind...
Gosh, I wish I still had the agility for elevated arabesques! My ballet days are sadly long past - arabesques I can manage as long as they don't need to be elevated!
